These terms cover your use of Job Tool, a client-management tool for service businesses, provided by Armands Melderis trading as EcoWatereu, based in Cork, Ireland. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
When you create an account, we set up a private installation of Job Tool for your business. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you and your staff enter, and for keeping your password secure.
You agree not to use Job Tool for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or to use the signup process to create accounts for any purpose other than genuinely operating a service business.
We aim to keep Job Tool available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or issues with third-party services (such as the AI provider) that Job Tool relies on.
You own the data you enter into your Job Tool account. See our Privacy Policy for how account and client data is handled, and how to delete your account if you decide to stop using the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Job Tool after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
