This page covers the information collected when you create a Job Tool account at signup.ecowatereu.com. Once your account is set up, your own Job Tool installation has its own privacy policy covering the client data you enter — you'll find it linked inside your account's Settings page.
Solely to create and run your own private Job Tool installation. Your email is not used for marketing and is not shared with advertisers.
We also record basic usage statistics for each account: sign-in times, roughly how many minutes a day the app is open, and totals such as the number of clients and invoices (not their contents). We use these only to support customers and improve the app. They are not shared and no tracking cookies are used.
To protect the signup form and the "find your app address" form from abuse, both use Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and IP address. When you use the "find your app address" form, we keep your IP address and a one-way hash of the email you entered for 30 days, only to limit repeated requests.
Your account details are stored on our own servers, alongside a record of your installation's address. They are not sold or shared with third parties, other than the processing described in your own installation's privacy policy (for example, AI-assisted data entry).
