Delete your account and data

Delete individual records (no waiting, no request needed)

You don't need to email us to remove a single client, invoice, inventory item, or expense. Inside the app, open the record you want to remove and tap Delete — it's removed immediately and permanently, no confirmation email required.

Delete your whole account

If you created a Job Tool account through the app or at signup.ecowatereu.com, you can ask us to permanently delete your entire account and everything in it — whether or not you're still using the app.

How to request deletion

Email ecowatereu@gmail.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject line "Delete my account".
Include the business name you registered with, so we can find your account.
We'll reply to confirm we've received your request, and confirm once deletion is complete — normally within 7 days.

What gets deleted

Your login and account details (email, password)
All client records: names, addresses, phone numbers, notes, and service history
Photos attached to client records
Inventory, expenses, and draft invoice data

What may be kept, and for how long

Issued invoices may be kept for a limited period after deletion where we are legally required to retain financial records for tax or accounting purposes. Once that legal retention period has passed, this data is deleted as well. No data is kept for any other purpose, and nothing is shared with third parties after your account is deleted.
